Information we collect
When you request a consultation or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, organization, email address, telephone number, website address and any notes. When we audit a website, we review only publicly available pages unless you give us access to others.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, provide our services, send quotes and invoices, and keep records required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as email and scheduling providers, and only as needed for that purpose, or where required by law.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect it with reasonable safeguards.
Your rights
You may ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to its use, by emailing [email protected]. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Email communications
Every commercial email we send identifies us and includes a way to unsubscribe. We honour unsubscribe requests within 10 business days, as required by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation.
